3D Generalist

We are seeking a talented 3D Generalist ready to dive into challenging projects on a Contract basis. If you possess versatile skills, love creative problem-solving, and want to show off your talent on international-standard productions—this is your stage!

ความรับผิดชอบหลัก // KEY RESPONSIBILITIES //
  • ดูแลและจัดการงานในส่วนต่างๆ ของ 3D Pipeline (เช่น Modeling, Texturing, Rigging, Animation, Lighting หรือ Compositing) ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายในแต่ละโปรเจกต์
  • ร่วมมือกับทีมงานและผู้กำกับ เพื่อขับเคลื่อนไอเดียให้กลายเป็นภาพที่สมบูรณ์แบบตามมาตรฐานของสตูดิโอ
  • แก้ไขปัญหาทางเทคนิคในกระบวนการผลิตได้อย่างสร้างสรรค์และมีประสิทธิภาพ
  • Own and manage tasks across various stages of the 3D pipeline (Modeling, Texturing, Rigging, Animation, Lighting, or Compositing) as required by project briefs.
  • Collaborate with the creative team and directors to translate raw ideas into polished frames that meet studio standards.
  • Solve technical bottlenecks during production with creative and efficient solutions.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร // QUALIFICATIONS //
  • มีความเชี่ยวชาญในซอฟต์แวร์หลัก เช่น Autodesk Maya, Blender, ZBrush หรือเครื่องมืออื่นๆ ในสายงาน
  • เข้าใจใน 3D Pipeline และ Asset Management เป็นอย่างดี
  • มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี สื่อสารการทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่นได้อย่างราบรื่น และเปิดรับมุมมองใหม่ๆ
  • หากมีสกิลด้าน Scripting (Python) หรือ Tool Development จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  • [Required] จำเป็นต้องแนบลิงก์ Showreel หรือ Portfolio ที่อัปเดตล่าสุดเพื่อประกอบการพิจารณา
  • Advanced proficiency in primary tools like Autodesk Maya, Blender, ZBrush, or related industry standard software.
  • Deep understanding of the 3D pipeline and asset management systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an openness to feedback and collaborative iteration.
  • Python scripting or custom pipeline tool development experience is highly valued.
